Capilano Suspension Bridge Master Planning and Design

With an impressive portfolio of premiere tourist destinations, Capilano Group of Companies (CGC) is a multi-generational family-run company with a keen understanding of their clientele and appreciate how attention to detail and thematic design contribute to a unique and unforgettable visitor experience.

Enns | Gauthier has had strong working relationship with CGC since 2013, providing planning and design services for a variety of projects at the famed Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver’s top tourist destination.  Working closely with Morrison Hershfeld Engineers, Birmingham & Wood Architects and Panther Group, E|G led the exterior re-design and improvements of the arrival parking lot and plaza, wayfinding, lighting, furnishings, and a refurbished (and relocated) Bridge House Restaurant.  More recently, E|G has begun concept work and site analysis on the main entry plaza to the Park, as well as a new multi-use patio and plaza adjacent to a new restaurant and event facilities’ within the Park.
